    Looks like the stars are lining up for a Velasquez/Carwin bout. This should have happened when it were first rumored. Without doubt, the winner of this fight should be regarded as a #1 contender to the belt (or perhaps interim belt if Lesnar fails to return quickly).

    What happened to Carwin? I know he said that he did not feel his best, but I did not hear that he would be out for awhile.

    People were saying he had knee surgery, but this is from his twitter.

    # Did not have surgery. I was injured and when Brock pulled out of 108 I got the injury looked at and began rehab. I have a grade 2 MCL Strain 10:45 AM Nov 15th from web
