maybe it will not happen because:

The CSAC and the rest of the U.S sanctioning bodies may issue a life time ban against Barnett like they did to Antonio “Big Foot” Silva when he wanted to fight for Sengoku during his suspension.

StrikeForce knows Barnett is a big risk and also a controversial figure in the sport, they will probably not want negative publicity by promoting a event with Barnett.

StrikeForce may also suffer the wrath of the CSAC is some way shape or form for promotion a fight with Josh Barnett.

mabe it it will, im ecxicted for this fight

I wonder how the copromotion works in regards to TV rights? I'm assuming it would be under the Dream banner so it would have to be on HDNET rather than Showtime. Honestly, I just don't see Strikeforce not being able to capitalize on their #1 fighter by not being able to use it for CBS or a showtime show. Maybe after this year if Fedor resigns with M-1 (very likely).

I think a lifetime ban is fair for steroid users. It is unfair for other fighters. I think it is cowardly.

MMA is about clarity of thought, precision of strikes, counterbalance of wills and training of technique and reflexes.

Steroids just make a overly aggressive, muscled up sideshow.

    Zero Tolerance.

Well actually steroids aren't used in MMA to get "big" their used to help recover faster. Barnett has never looked like a body builder.

My guess is he got injured or got sick so that put him out for a few weeks of training, so he wanted to train extra hard for the fight with the limited time left he had.

I'm not making excuses for Josh im just telling you what probably happened. Since you don't even know what steroids are used for in MMA.

You have to have a bit of fat on your body or else you will gas out. Go google Josh, hes never looked like a WWE wrestler.

I would like to see it down the road, it is a still a great match up, Josh hasnt taken any fights in Japan to hurt his chances of fighting in thr states again, he has been doing some pro wrestling and grapling tournaments lately

Febuary isnt likely, Fedor said he needed a vacation even before the Rogers fight, plus he has his hand issue

Maybe end of the year or next year
